Nike SB Berlin Open is the third and final event of the European Series 2015.

Held at the Nike SB Shelter over the weekend of the 11th and 12th of July, the event will play host to some of the finest Pro and AM skaters from Europe and beyond, who will compete for a share of the €20,000 prize purse on offer.

The Nike SB European Series consists of 3 events across Europe and is designed to push the progression of competitive skateboarding at both an amateur and professional level. In the second year of the event organisers have seen an incredible level of skating and are expecting the bar to be further raised in Berlin.

Competitors and spectators can guarantee a weekend of quality skateboarding in one of Europe’s premier covered skate parks with indoor balcony and LCD live-video-wall ensuring a perfect view at the action.

Skaters will be judged on their trick-level, use of the whole skatepark, their creativity, consistency, style and overall flow.




Pre-Qualification – limited to 60 riders – Open registration 1 run / 45 seconds + last trick – Top 10 proceed to qualification

Qualification – Invited riders + 10 pre-qualifiers 1 heat / 3 minutes / 3 skaters – Top 30-40 proceed to semi-finals

Semi-Finals – 1 heat / 3 minutes / 3 skaters – 12 skaters proceed to finals

Finals – 1 heat / 3 minutes / 3 skaters – 3 skaters proceed to super-final

Super-Final – 1 heat / 3 minutes / 3 skaters

Best Trick – Open session at big section


There is a total of 20.000€ prize purse for the Berlin Open with prizes going down to 12th place.

Join the race! On Saturday evening the brand new Shelter beer garden FOX TRACK will be officially opened. The FOX TRACK RACE is endowed with a total prize purse of 500 € and open for everyone who is holding a skateboard and willing to join the race. So oil your bearings and loose your trucks.

Saturday, July 11th BERLIN OPEN will kick off with pre-qualifications. This will be the chance for locals and everyone willing to compete (not invited) to secure one of ten spots available in the Qualification. Riders who wish to enter Pre-Qualifiers must register at the Shelter Saturday morning 10:00-11:00. Pre-Qualifiers are limited to 60 riders! To ensure your participation please pre-register ONLINEEntry fee for skaters wishing to compete in prequalification is €50
